Dr. Stuart Inkpen – President and CEO

Dr. Inkpen is Chair of the Board of Directors and is responsible for technology development and the Instrumar operations. He has been with Instrumar since 1987, leading all of the product developments undertaken. He graduated from Memorial University - B.Eng. (1982), and Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Sc. Masters (1983) and Ph.D. (1986). Prior to joining Instrumar, Dr. Inkpen was an Assistant Professor in Electrical Engineering at Memorial University.

Barbara Fong – Executive Vice President and CFO

Ms. Fong is responsible for finance and administration, contracts, and human resources. She joined Instrumar in 1995. Prior to Instrumar, Ms. Fong held a number of positions, including Vice President Finance and Administration of Air Nova Inc. and Vice President with Atlantis Corporation Limited. Ms. Fong graduated from Memorial University – B. Comm. (1975) and University of Toronto – MBA (1976). Past Board positions include Festival 500, Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro, ACF Equity Atlantic Inc., and the Canadian Saltfish Corporation.

Tony Reeder – Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Mr. Reeder is responsible for sales, marketing and business development activity. Mr. Reeder joined Instrumar in 2007. Prior to Instrumar, Mr. Reeder held a number of positions, including Vice President Business Development of Nova Scotia Business Inc., Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of Emera Inc., Chief Marketing and Sales Officer of CI Communications Inc., Vice President Business Markets of Fundy Communications Inc. and Fundy Cable Ltd., Vice President Sales, Atlantic Region for Sprint Canada, and Director of National Distribution and Sales for Telezone Corporation. Mr. Reeder provides services to Instrumar as a consultant.
