Team INSTRUMAR Group Rides
Team INSTRUMAR hosts weekly group rides. Road rides will begin in May
and will continue into the fall. The cycling route is determined by the
group prior to departure. The posted times indicate when the group will
leave the lot, so make sure you
ARRIVE EARLY!
Team INSTRUMAR rides are open to all BNL members. Don't forget:

Adult Beginner's Group Ride
This road ride is ideal for any new cyclist or new triathlete looking for fellow
cyclists to ride with. Mountain and road bikes are welcome. This event is put
off by the St. John's Tri Cycling Club ("TriWorks"). Contact
